Danielle Stupka (she /her)

I hold a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta (P6853). I embrace the uniqueness of the human experience, taking a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy. I integrate various therapeutic modalities in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ensuring that the techniques and interventions I employ during sessions align with each individual’s unique therapeutic goals.
Specializing in working with adolescents and adults, my area of focus includes anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and supporting those seeking a balanced work/life dynamic. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting women’s mental health through various life stages and experiences, including perinatal and postpartum periods. Outside of the therapeutic space, you’ll find me enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Whether it’s taking my golden retriever on walks, cozying up with a good book, spending quality time with family and friends, or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen, I believe in the importance of balance and finding joy in the everyday moments.
